The barn

There are twelve airy, matted stalls with fans that open to matted aisles and to stone dust runs. The mirrored 70 x 200 indoor arena is well-lit from fixtures above and its surrounding windows. The footing indoors is comprised of GGT, Footing First fiber, and sand, and is watered and groomed daily. The outdoor arena and GGT fiber and sand, also watered and groomed daily.

Our standard hay is first-cut Timothy grass. Alfalfa hay is available at extra charge. Hay is fed 5-6 times per day, according to their individual needs. We offer a variety of feeds, fed up to 4 times per day, as needed. Supplements are provided by the owner.

The Property

Located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Wayland Center, Route 20, Route128/95 and Route 2, the barn and paddocks are situated at the end of a winding driveway, providing a private and peaceful environment for you and your horse. Hack before or after your training rides, around our paddocks, fields, pond, and woody paths.
